Teal blue, Off the shoulder, American Eagle Top

Slightly cropped American Eagle, ruffled off the shoulder top. Teal blue in color. Never worn by me, purchased from TJMAXX. Small hole in right arm pit area (pictured), could easily be fixed with a couple of stitches. Price reduced for this.
