Teal & black stripped tunic

Teal & black striped dressy tunic. Silky material. Runs small for a Large, fits more true to a medium. I am a size 8, 34DD and it fits me perfectly like most mediums shirts usually do. It does bell out to go over my hips so that is helpful if you are curvier on your lower half.
