Teal Velvet Hoodie Size S/M NWOT

Removed tags & washed once but never worn. This is labeled a medium but would fit a small too. Very soft & such a beautiful color & only reason for selling is sometimes I can wear a medium but this was a bit snug on be as I’m a 36DD. I mostly have to wear a large so I should’ve known better.
