Elegant Teal velvet shirt with button-up design. Features a stylish collar and gathered waist. It is a Large but the tag is missing. It is about 20 across and about 29 long. The material is soft and comfortable, a blend of cotton polyester. It was purchased from an on-line boutique but I cannot recall the name. Flowy and loose. The color varies depending on the light and sometimes it looks more green and sometimes more blue. I would call it teal.
