Teal Silk Button Top w/ Silver Elephant Bell Decor Front

There's no tags so I have no idea where it came from. The fabric feels like silk to me, appears to be 1/2 length sleeves, button down casual top with hidden buttons. The front has silver elephants that looks like real silver but unmarked. The feet have small bells dangling off them. You could remove and repurpose them as jewelry I'm sure.
