Teal Romper w/ Pockets

Super cute romper with tie waist and pockets. Material is super soft (feels a bit like faux suede). 70% rayon and 30% polyester. Size says XS, but would definitely fit a small. (I am in the photo and typically wear a size small for reference.) The problem I had with this is that I am unable to fill it out up top. Only worn once.
