Nearly new vest by Tea. Medium weight Great for fall with jeans The vest is tight on my little dress form, but it runs true to size. We purchased it too late in the season so it didn’t hardly got worn. It is not faded or worn. Measurements are chest flatfold about 12”. The total length is about 13”. Super cute. No visible flaws.
