Tea Cup Shaped Coin Bank Your Fortunes in the Cup w Rooster Pennsylvania Dutch

Cute little teacup shaped piggy bank with a play on tea leaf/fortune telling “Your Fortunes in the Cup” in cursive around the coin slot. The cup has some Pennsylvania Dutch style designs on it, a rooster in multiple colors. The saucer is attached. I have replaced the original cork stopper with a new one to make it functional again. There is a model number on the bottom but I could not determine the maker, likely Japanese from the 40s or 50s. Size: Saucer – 5″ w, including handle x 2.75″h. Condition: Good vintage condition. There is wear on the gold trim and there are some craze lines approx. 1" long on the top, these are cracks in the glaze not the ceramic and they are not noticeable except under strong light but I wanted you to be aware of them. Keats said "A thing of beauty is a joy forever". Each of us has a different idea of what "beauty" is. I find unique vintage items and offer them to you, the beholder.
