Tea Collection Envelope Back Confetti Romper

I wish I had this in every size because it is so amazingly cute! In excellent, very gently used condition. Tea Collection, one piece, tank style top with envelope cut out, ruffled back. Navy blue with green, white and orange confetti triangles. Small pocket on front top. Banded trim at neck and arms. No snaps but easy off bottom due elastic at the cut out. Washed in fragrance free, plant based detergent and air dried.
