cindeerella No problem happy to help. You'll get a notification from posh once you've sold an item, posh will email you a prepaid priority mail shipping label. If you have a label printer(4"x6")great you can just print there.. if you don't you can print the label out on paper on you home printer or a FedEx Kinkos then just stick onto the box or mailer.

cindeerella You can ship the item in any brown box if you have one handy, just stick the shipping label on the box Or you can use the free USPS Priority Mail Boxes NEVEREVER the ones that say "Flat Rate" it's easy to confuse them because they look identical. If you use "Flat Rate" Priority the buyer could be charged extra or they can decline to receive the pkg and return to sender instead.

cindeerella As far a payment this is how it works. You mail the item, and you receive updated tracking on the pkg until it's delivered. Once the item is scanned as delivered by USPS ideally the buyer will rate you and review, as soon as they do that posh releases your fund to your account at first they'll show up on your page under "your balance" "credit" from here you can decide to use the "credit" in your ""balance" to shop on posh.

cindeerella Or you can transfer the "credit" in your "balance" to your own bank account. You'll need you bank account number routing number and you'll have to set this up using the computer the cell app doesn't have an option to set it up. It takes 3-5 business days for the first transfer. Personally, mine took 3 days the first time now it takes 1day.

cindeerella Also regarding payment once the USPS shoes delivered if the buyer doesn't rate or review you immediately , posh will automatically release the funds to you after 3 days of delivery. I assume that buyers don't know this is how we get paid and sometimes some just never rate or review if that happens don't worry you'll still get paid it'll just be after 3 business.

cindeerella You can also request a check from posh to pay out your earnings. I've never done it but I understand it take 1-2 weeks to receive.

cindeerella @devyn1 no worries I had so much anxiety when I first started especially the first sale not wanting to do anything wrong i almost gave up lol i would suggest ordering the boxes online from USPS it saves slot of time and they're free I hate waiting inline at the post office and they have more available sizes online than your local post office usually does.
