Taylor Shift Dress with Cap Sleeves

NWOT darling dotted dress. Flattering style and ultimate comfort with light and stretchy fabric. Pleated details around the front neckline and a single button closure on back. Love the pop of yellow with the black and white! Dress comes just below the knee or to the knee depending on your height. I bought this for a work conference and never ended up wearing it all thanks to my awesome overpacking. :)
