Taylor Romantic ruffle mixed media silk and poly sleeveless Sheath dress size 12

Approx 17 inches pit to pit 37 inches in length. Stretchy on the bottom, top is silk with distressed ruffles. Ive never worn this it was always too small. Smoke free home. Bottom half is dark grey, semi banded at the bottom, top half is a soft baby pink. There is the tiniest mark I found on the fabric, it's not really noticeable. Fitted like silhouette.
