Gorgeous deep red ladies skirt with a western flare. This skirt has a total of five lines of ruffle across the 3 tiers, with very few signs of wear. Although the tag reads as a size large, please see the measurements as I feel that this is much better suited for a small/medium. The fully functional elasticized waist measures from 14” to 18”,laying flat and the overall length from waist line to hemline is 38”.
