Taylor Floral Midi Dress Red & Pink Puff Sleeve V-Neck

Taylor midi dress in bright pink and red in contrasting floral color blocks. Smocked waist, puff sleeves, v-neck front and back with a tie across the back. Split on one side and pink liner. In overall good condition with one flaw- the split in the fabric of the top layer and liner have pulled out a few stitches. Please see last photo. Hard to see when the dress is worn and could be fixed!
