This Tatyana dress is in good condition with no stains, holes or excessive wear. There are a few areas where the fabric looks a bit pilled which is shown in the photos. There are also belt loops, however I no longer have the belt. When laying flat, measurements are as follows:Underarm: 16" Waist: 14" Shoulder to hem: 36.5" Please use measurements to ensure item will fit properly. We are a smoke free home with one hypoallergenic dog.
