Tattoo Me multicolored beaded blouse

Scooped neck is beaded in the front. Raglan sleeves are approx. 28" pit to pit. Elastic at waist is 17" side to side forming a 6" peplum. A sheer 100% polyester is cool and yet not see-thru. It's 25" back of neck to hem.
