Tatiana puff-sleeve smocked mini dress in jewel print

Super cute mini dress in a unique print. I’ve worn this dress a few times (and received lots of compliments!). In great condition but there is some minor pulling on the fabric near where the bust meets the smocking (see last photos) so it is discounted because of that.
