These pumps are in excellent used condition. They may have been worn a couple of times (see insole, heel tap and rose grip on sole), but it was enough to get the soles wet and the leather stained. I was able to gently smooth them out, but it's visible. Content sticker still affixed: Leather upper, leather liner and leather/rubber sole. The words 'Vero Cuoio', found on the soles of these and other high end shoes, is an Italian phrase which literally means 'True Leather' and is accepted to mean an exceptionally high quality of leather. Designer Taryn Rose is a real person -- a former orthopedic surgeon who turned to designing high end shoes that combine comfort and fit with style. The company was sold, but she is still involved as the designer. Her shoes are carried by Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and other high-end retailers.
