Tartelette waterproof tubing mascara

Tarte black waterproof tubing mascara. This is brand new and never used. My mother-in-law bought it for me for our wedding but I used false lashes. I cannot return to Ulta because she only uses cash and threw receipt away. This is great stuff but I never use waterproof.
