Tarte Rainforest of the sea highlight palette

Tarte rainforest of the sea skin twinkle highlight palette. 5.7 g, made in USA. I think I might have touched (literally just touched) the right side pink color but I just have not used this. Purchased about a month ago. I do have one of these highlighters in another palette and I can tell you it is absolutely blinding, especially when applied with a damp highlighter brush.
