Tart Collections Strappy Jumpsuit

Bought this but completely forgot about it! Stretchy material w nice weight and drape, elegant silhouette with wide banded waist which is very forgiving. Can be pulled up for a more draped look on top and shorter pant appearance or waist can be worn lower, blouson style. The detail on top gives extra fabric over the chest, in case you don’t feel like wearing a bra. Just a nice versatile comfy jumpsuit which can be dressed up or down.
