Reposhing this item I purchased from @laurendigi787. Loved it, but ready to sell her. Length is 15”, bust is 14” and the band around the “waist” is 12” with lots of stretch and flexibility. It is a crop top with lots of give.

I will be home a bit after 4pm and will get them for you then. It is definitely a crop top and fits me as I am a 35-36 D and a true size medium. But, it’s too high for my likes and shows too much of my 40+ year old tummy. I only have a four pack 😉
