Tarik Ediz Blue Strapless Sweetheart Gown

Great dress for homecoming or any other formal event! Short mini, strapless with ruffled waist. Metallic blue seems to change colors with different lighting (trust me I had to take the pictures…). It is giving “fairy princess of the 80’s”. I got it on sale because the zipper wasn’t working, but I fixed it! If I had anywhere to wear it I would absolutely be keeping it!
