Target Pleated Pineapple Skirt

This Merona skirt is pleated with a layer underneath. It’s not see-through and very lightweight. It’s white, light grey, and yellow. I’ve never worn this and still has the tags on it. It also has an elastic waistband in the back, so this could be worn for both Medium and Large sizes. I’m 5’5” and it falls just below my knees.
