Target Halloween Costume 🎯

Halloween costume for the whole family. Target shopping basket for kid or adult, shopping cart for your furry child and red target vest (name tag is a sticky felt material that comes right off and can be replaced - made by me. 😆) These costumes were a big hit at our Halloween block party last year. We only wore them for about 3 hours so all are still in EUC!
