Stunning Tarani 2010 Collection cocktail / party dress in a vibrant watercolor floral print. Features a sweetheart neckline with sparkling rhinestone and bead embellishment at the bust and waist, plus a full ruffled hemline with layered tulle for extra volume. Originally strapless, we added straps which are easily removable (see pics).
