Teal poly satin bishop sleeve top with mandarin collar and frog closure from British brand Tara Starlet. Tara Starlet made really quality vintage style clothing but unfortunately dissolved a few years ago. The color is most accurate to the second photo. New with Tags, with a small snag to the left sleeve cuff and stitch fuzz at center neckline. Size UK14, about a smaller US large or size 10. Very beautiful in person, but hard to photograph.
