The measurement in the title is WITHOUT the fringe. As you can see in the photos, with fringe it measures 51x72 inches There's a small snag on the front in the white on the right of the goose. and on the back a snag - but doesn't seem to affect the front. Please look carefully at pictures. This is in really good shape.
