Tape Artisan booties color block silver black and red size 39 / 8 fits like 7.5

Tape Artisan booties color block silver black and red size 39 / 8 fits small. I am an 8 (sometimes 8.5) and these are too small. I’d say they fit closer to a 7.5. Genuine leather with color block black and pewter silver with red stripe. Cute ankle style boot. Gently worn but unfortunately too small for me. Made in Portugal.
