MSCHF's collaboration with Lil Nas X was one of the most controversial sneakers of all time. Not just for its references to Satan but also because of its use of Nike's Air Max 97. Learning from its mistakes, the art collective returns with a shoe that hopefully won't land them in the courtroom. The Tap3 looks similar to an Air Force One with a clean silhouette, thick rubber sole, and tonal black colorway. All signs of the swoosh have been completely removed and covered with custom yellow and red caution tape sporting the MSCHF logo. Although it looks strikingly similar, MSCHF co-Founder Daniel Greenberg ensures the shoes are 100% legal and have an original design. The Tap 3 will drop via a raffle on the brand's sneaker app starting March 21 at 11 a.m.
