Bought from a local boutique, this dress is lightweight. It comes down a little lower in the back but doesn’t show bra strap. You can adjust straps. Your arms go through the sleeve and the ruffle parts lays right at your upper mid arm. Perfect for a wedding, bridal shower, or you can dress it down with some sandals.
