RUE 21 Beige Mid Length Floral Tulle Tutu style skirt. Slight A-line style. Waist: 12.5” un-stretched, Length: 23”, Light Beige color, floral lace sandwiched between multiple layers or tulle, solid lining. Elastic waistline, gathering at waistline, can dress up or down. Preowned great condition except for two small tears in the second layer of skirt. It’s difficult to see when covered with top layer of tulle. See pics.
