Tall clear swung bud vase

Tall swung clear glass bud vase with lovely scalloped shell like top. Measures approximately 17" tall. Pre owned good condition. It has been washed and cleaned but noted some water marks/film in the middle of the inside vase. However it gives it a frosty glass look in the middle.
