Tall black and brown small heel boots. Women’s size 8

Cute black boots with brown at the top. Buckle and strap detail at the ankle. Come up to just below the knee on me- I am 5’5”. They have a 1in heel on them. There are tiny little scuffs on the toe. They are pretty unnoticeable and the price reflects the flaw. I am open to any offers and I ship quickly!
