Tall Vintage Cigar Lighter Matt black & Brass Queen Chess Piece

9 1/2" Tall Matt Black porcelain cigar lighter. Never used! Beautiful queen. Silky smooth matt black, with brass lighter on top of crown. Made in Japan, stamped on the lighter. Small scalloped chip on the bottom, which has been painted to match, hardly noticeable. Great condition, no cracks, I am sure it will work. Has never has fluid in it.
