Tall Ugg Boots

These uggs have been with me for years...but I don't know how to repair them :/ (ripped and missing button as shown in photo) these are being sold as replacements, parts or for craft use.. I hate to get rid of these since these were purchased as a surprise for me... but maybe someone can fix them or turn them into something cool.
