This is a new with tags button down blue and white striped, gem (with dragonflies too) embroidered shirt by Talbots, size 1X, more on the fitted side! This is why I have it listed as an XL. For reference I am 5’8” and wear a size large. This shirt buttons but it is not a looser look if that’s what you’re going for. It can be worn unbutton with a basic white tank underneath with the sleeve cuffed up — it is a dressing up or dressing down shirt with various occasions to wear it for.
