Talbots tan beige eyelet cotton pencil skirt size 12

Make me an offer, all offers welcome! Such a cute neutral skirt from Talbots. Made of 100% cotton, with lining, back zip and slit. I bought this used and unfortunately it didnt fit and later I realized that it had come with a stain on the front of the skirt. The stain doesn't stand out, but its there, and the last 3 pictures I tried to show this. I've priced the skirt accordingly. Otherwise, in great condition. Measurement lying flat: Waist 17.5 inches Length 22.5 inches
