Talbots skirt navy blue & red, elastic waist, soft & stretchy, size 1x

Talbots brand - Pull on skirt with a drawstring elastic waistband. Colors are dark navy blue, red and white. Very soft and has stretch. Bottom hem is rounded on the sides. Like new condition. I measure across the front waist 18" and waist to hem 21 1/2"
