Talbots short sleeved fitted black jacket

In good condition Black, 3 button, lined Short sleeves Blazer Suit jacket **It seems to have a very slight discoloration (?) on the front-see pic. It may be just a smudge of dust? I did not have it dry cleaned after obtaining it. It does not seem like a stain and is only noticeable in certain lught. **
