lele54 @nicole_dimassis thank you so much. Would it be possible to see photos in natural light at your convenience? I'm trying to determine the shade of blue. Is the background color cream or white?

nicole_dimassis @lele54 I just posted a picture of the skirt in natural light... it's someone else's picture, but the same style as mine. (If you need, I can try to get a natural light pic of my skirt in the next few days but it's been very cloudy in MN and it's dark by the time I am home this season). I would say the background is white, not cream. Blue is bright but not neon.
