This skirt is Brand New never worn still with tags and comes in a Size 14.This skirt is perfect for the holidays and is really comfortable.This skirt is fully lined with a working hidden zipper and button. It has a slight stretch at the waistband for a more comfortable fit. It also has a small slit in the back. The measurements are from waist to bottom 23” long and across the waist is 15.5” across.
