fbcoram Across the bust is 20 inches flat but there are gathers in the front. It pulls a little on my 42C bust. I must have worn a minimizer bra. The neckline is secured a with hook and eye. The high waist is 18 inches across with no give at all. To tight for my comfort. It is about 43 inches from top of shoulder to hem. It is lined. It looks very nice with a lightweight black cropped cardigan
