Talbots Woman X cropped polka dot sweater

Fashionable black and white cropped V neck cardigan. Belonged to my Mom and she thought it would be more hip if she changed the buttons. And, do she did! Small red buttons which I think do look rather cute! Lightweight, 3/4 length sleeves. Very good condition.
