Gorgeous velvet Talbots skirt in rich, wine color. Features a cute kick pleat in front, zipper closure, belt loops and 2 front pockets. Skirt is unlined. Feels so soft and luxurious. Tag says petite, but I am a straight misses size and wore it comfortably. Measures approximately 16 inches waist, 20 inches seat, 24.5 inches length. Thanks for looking!
