Talbots Vintage Skirt Size 4

This vintage skirt is from Talbots. This lite blue yellow item has a zipper back. The back also has a small slit at the bottom. The skirt is made from 97% cotton and 3% spandex. The size is 4. The measurements are 21” L 14 1/2” across waist while laying flat. This skirt has been gently worn but is in very good condition.
