Made in Hong Kong. Vintage Size 8 Vintage sizes tend to run 2 sizes smaller than modern sizes, so these would be closer to a modern Size 2 or 4. PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS! Measurements are laid flat approximately waist 13”; rise 14 1/4”; inseam 7 3/4” There is elastic on each side of the waistband, giving it a little room to stretch.
