Talbot's Summer Dress, Size 20W

Selling a whimsical summer dress featuring vacation vibes in the pattern. This dress flew off the racks when it came out. It's a lovely, lightweight dress with lots of feminine vibes. The background is cream colored, and the design is in happy pastels. It features a nice ruffly flounce at the bottom and flutter sleeves at the arms. The dress is completely lined and has two pockets. It also comes with a matching fabric belt, although you could substitute it with something else. Would work great for vacation, church, or office.
