Can you share the waist, rise, and inseam measurements?

I added a pic from Talbots website that gives measurements for their slim ankle jeans. I am not sure how to accurately measure, but when I lay the jeans flat and measured the waist (from one side to the other) I got 18 inches across. From seam of seat to top of waist, I got 10 inches. The website says the inseam is 29 inches. Total length of the jeans lying flat from top of waist to bottom hem is 39 inches.
