Talbots Polka-Dot Blouse

This is a Talbots Petite-Petite 'crepe' blouse. 100% polyester and machine washable and dryable. Color is a creamy white with black polka-dots and sleeve trim. The bottom of the 3/4 length sleeves have a fun flare accented with black piping and a bow. There are front darts for shaping and the back is straight. Length from shoulder to bottom is 23 inches. The total sleeve length is ~ 18 inches.
